Work is underway as of Spring 2025 on converting the former Elks Building at 430 North Street to an apartment building with up to 52 market-rate units. An elevator and stairs will be added to the west of the building. The parking lot to the west will provide a total of 44 spaces on site. More info can be found at elksresidences.com.
