The Junction at Logansport

The Junction at Logansport is a regional retail center under redevelopment on the east end of Logansport, offering anchor, outlet and small shop opportunities between 1,500 and 55,000 square feet.

Existing tenants include Dunham’s Sports, Dollar Tree, and Planet Fitness.

Harbor Freight Tools will open a new location at The Junction in 2023. The 15,000 square foot tool store will sit just east of Dunham’s Sports and is expected to open in January.

Sulai Hospitality is set to open its Home2 Suites by Hilton on the former J.C. Penney site in the fall of 2022. They are currently looking for a general manager and salesperson and will begin hiring additional staff this summer. The extended stay hotel will include studio and one-bedroom suites complete with a kitchen and workspace. Amenities will include complimentary Wi-Fi and hot breakfast.

The Junction reported in July 2022 that two national brands have also signed a letter of intent to occupy the out-lot on Market Street at The Junction. During this phase of construction, the mall façade, asphalt parking lot, and a newly approved pylon sign are also set to be installed.

The Junction is being developed by Park Development, LLC, owner of 3900 E Market Street LLC, a Chicago-based real-estate developer. Design plans for the open-air retail center call for approximately 160,000 square feet of retail space.
