Improvements underway at Logansport City Building

The City of Logansport and Logansport Utilities are enhancing pedestrian safety at the city building, located at 601 E. Broadway.

Beginning Monday, July 14, 2025, the west sidewalk along 6th Street, from East Broadway to the alley between 6th and 7th Streets, will be closed for several days as contractors remove, set, and pour new concrete.

Milling and paving work for the parking lot located on the south and east sides of the city building are scheduled for Monday, July 21, and Tuesday, July 22. During this time, city and Logansport Utilities employees will utilize alternate parking locations, including street parking and lots at the Pharos-Tribune and Trinity Episcopal Church.

Weather permitting, final striping of the parking lot will take place on Tuesday, July 29.
