Chase / Davis Property

In June 2023, the Logansport Redevelopment Commission purchased land at the southwest corner of Chase and Davis Roads for future development.

Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property was approved in November 2023 and will officially take effect on January 1, 2025.

In December 2023, the Logansport Redevelopment Commission contracted with Structurepoint Inc. to complete a land use study and develop a master plan for the property to better position the RDC for future marketing of the property to investors.

Initial stakeholder conversations were scheduled in early March 2024.
