Case #26-01 The petition of Clarence Bir requesting various Variances from Developmental Standards for lesser setbacks, minimum lot area, and exceed lot coverage to be able to split the property into two parcels. The property is located 423 Howard Street, Logansport, IN 46947 and is zoned R3, Medium Density Residential

Interested persons desiring to express their views on these petitions, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to the Cass County Government Building, 200 Court Park, Room 306, Logansport, Indiana 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 2:00 PM on the day of the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time. An adverse decision may be appealed to Court within (30) thirty days.

A copy of the staff report will be available in room 306 of the Cass County Government Building five days prior to the hearing.
