Logansport Utilities’ office closure dates for April 17 & 18, 2025 and customer service / temporary office

Logansport Utilities’ customer service office will be closed on Thursday, April 17 and Friday, April 18, 2025, for renovations and in observance of Good Friday.

All LU locations will be closed on April 18, 2025.

The customer service office will be installing new carpeting, rearranging workspaces, and installing new desks.

Temporarily, starting Monday, April 21, 2025 – customers needing to speak with a customer service specialist in-person or needing assistance with the self-serve kiosks, will enter the superintendent’s executive assistant office, located across the hall from the current customer service office on the first floor of the city building (601 E Broadway, Logansport.) This interim change will continue until renovations are completed and then customer service services will return to their original office location.
