Open house to discuss ideas for development of Chase/Davis property to be held July 9, 2024

The Logansport Redevelopment Commission (RDC) has been working with American Structurepoint Inc. to complete a land use study and develop a master plan for the area at the southwest corner of Chase and Davis Roads.

Initial stakeholder conversations were held in March 2024 and initial draft concepts for the area have been developed.

An open house to present the concepts and get feedback is scheduled for Tuesday, July 9 from 6-7 p.m. at the Penman Building, 1701 Dividend Drive in Logansport.

The property was purchased by the Logansport Redevelopment Commission in June 2023. Super-voluntary annexation of the property was approved in November 2023 and will officially take effect on January 1, 2025.
