RED Program invites Logansport residents to share neighborhood concerns through community survey by March 23, 2026
Logansport, IN — The Cass County Rural Empowerment & Development (RED) Program is launching a community survey to better understand neighborhood concerns and identify opportunities for improvement across Logansport.
The RED Program’s Neighborhood Beautification team is asking residents to participate in a 10-question survey designed to gather feedback about the neighborhoods where they live. The survey will be available March 9 through March 23.
Signs will feature QR codes and will be placed in high-traffic areas throughout Logansport. Residents are encouraged to scan the QR code to access and complete the survey. To ensure broad participation, the survey will be offered in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
Information collected through the survey will help the RED Program identify the most pressing neighborhood concerns and guide future community improvement efforts. Following the close of the survey period, the neighborhood with the highest level of participation will be invited to take part in a pilot neighborhood beautification project to address the identified needs.
“This initiative gives residents a direct voice in shaping improvements within their own neighborhoods,” said a representative of the RED Program. “Community participation will help to individualize efforts in each neighborhood and their unique personalities.”
Residents are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey and help
strengthen their neighborhoods and the city as a whole. Residents can also complete the
surveys online at either https://linktr.ee/logansportreimagined or https://linktr.ee/casscountyreimagined.
For more information about the RED Program or the Neighborhood Beautification initiative,
residents are encouraged to follow local announcements.
