F&K Construction has completed the first phase of the Lexington Village utility installation work along High Street ahead of schedule and will begin the Phase 2 closure of High Street on Friday, Oct. 27, 2023.
During Phase 2 (October 27 – November 3, 2023), High Street Road will be closed between Mall Road and Yorktown Road. Lexington Road can be used as an alternate route during the closure. Access to Cedar Creek (formerly McKinney Place) will be available. Traffic on Parkmont Drive will be able to use the east entrance/exit and travel east on High Street Road toward Yorktown Road. Traffic on Parkwood Drive will also be able to travel east on High Street Road toward Yorktown Road.
Plans for the Lexington Village project estimate 52 single-family homes to be built over the next several years along High Street and Yorktown Roads in Logansport’s easternmost commercial district. New home construction is projected to begin in the first half of 2024.
